A week-long Catholic therapeutic equine-assisted retreat integrates professional psychotherapy, spiritual elements rooted in the faith, and interactive equine therapy to help participants address personal challenges such as childhood wounds, trauma, grief, or anxiety within a safe and predictable setting.
The program includes daily group and individual therapy sessions to explore emotions and build coping skills, hands-on activities with horses that facilitate self-awareness and healing through non-verbal insights, attendance at Mass for spiritual renewal, and scheduled rest periods for reflection and integration.
This balanced approach fosters deep interior work while nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and soul.
